Eduardo Aldama (pictured) led the way for the Cyclones to sweep the series over Aberdeen. Aldama pitched 5 2/3 scoreless innings, allowing only one hit, walking three, and striking out five.

For the second time in about 24 hours, the Kingsport Mets found themselves playing an Appalachian League baseball game in the midst of a downpour.

That is not good.

Domingo Tapia (pictured) was good despite taking the loss for Kingsport. Tapia allowed just three hits and two earned runs in five innings of work. He struck out six, walked none, and allowed a homerun.
