Binghamton 6 – Richmond 7: The B-Mets scored five of their six runs in the 8th inning. Travis Taijeron was 3-for-4 with a double and drove in two runs. T.J. Rivera extended his hitting streak to 11 games with a single. He also scored a run. Brandon Nimmo was 1-for-5 and has hit safely in eight of his last 10 games. Palm Beach 11 – St. Lucie 5 (12): Maikis De La Cruz and Jairo Perez each had three hit hits. L.J. Mazzilli doubled for the 19th time this season. Savannah 3 – Rome 4: The Sand Gnats managed only three hits, all of which were singles. They scored two runs in the 8th inning thanks to two walks and an error. Luis Guillorme, who was playing his first game with Savannah since being promoted yesterday from Kingsport, was 1-for-3. Brooklyn 2 – Tri-City 3: Michael Conforto cracked his third homer of the season in the top of the 9th. Amed Rosario was 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles. It was his third three-hit game in his last five starts and he now has 11 doubles this season. RHP Marcos Molina gave up three earned runs in seven strong innings on the mound, striking out 10 with one walk. It was his third double digit strikeout game in his last four starts.
