During the streak, he’s 11 for 19 with four doubles, a triple and a home run. Brandon Allen hit his 12th homer of the season in the 3rd inning. Binghamton 5 – Trenton 6: Dilson Herrera extended his hitting streak to 12 games with a single in four at-bats. Coming into the game, Herrera was batting .364/.427/.623 in July. Brandon Nimmo had a big night with the bat, smacking a pair of doubles and a single to lift his Double-A average to .207. St. Lucie – Daytona: Postponed by rain

Savannah 2 – Augusta 1: Catcher Colton Plaia put the Sand Gnats ahead with a solo home run in the top of the 9th. It was his third homer of the season. Matt Oberste‘s 22-game hitting streak came to an end with an 0-for-4 night. Yeixon Ruiz was 3-for-4 and also reached on a walk. Vermont 2 – Brooklyn 7: Michael Conforto reached base twice on a single and a walk. He’s hit safely in all six games as a professional. Amed Rosario‘s hitting streak reached nine games after he tripled for the third time this season. Kingsport 1 – Greeneville 0: The K-Mets scored the lone run in the game in the 6th inning on a home run from Ivan Wilson, his fifth of the season. 1B Zach Mathieu doubled twice in three at-bats. 2014 4th round draft pick Eudor Garcia was 3-for-4.
