Salt Lake 8 - Las Vegas 9: Wilmer Flores extended his hitting streak to seven games with a three-run 1st inning home run. It was his fifth extra base hit since being sent back to Vegas June 26. Matt Reynolds continued to display his incredible skill with the lumber, smacking two more hits, including his seventh double. He’s batting .400 in 50 triple-A at-bats. Kevin Plawecki was 0-for-4 and is batting .087 since being promoted. Brandon Allen hit his 10th home run of the season and fourth in his last six games. >>Read more at MiLB.com


Binghamton 6 - New Britain 4 (9), game 1: Leadoff hitter Kyle Johnson homered twice to push the B-Mets to an extra inning win. The 24-year-old opened the game with his third bomb of the campaign, which was followed moments later by Dilson Herrera going yard for the second time in double-A and fourth time overall this season. In the 9th inning, Johnson started the frame with another solo shot to put the B-Mets ahead for good. Binghamton added another run in the 9th on a Dustin Lawley rbi single. Brian Burgamy launched his 14th homer in the 5th inning. Binghamton – New Britain, game 2: Postponed by rain


St. Lucie 7 – Charlotte 4: Gavin Cecchini hit a grand slam in the 6th inning for his first Florida State League homer. Jeff McNeil had a big day with the lumber, going 3-for-4 with a double and a run batted in. He’s reached base safely seven times in the series. L.J. Mazzilli, Phillip Evans and Aderlin Rodriguez had two hits each. Charleston 5 - Savannah 10: Every batter in the Savannah lineup had at least one hit. Third baseman Cole Frenzel had the best day of the bunch, going 3-for-5 with two runs driven in. Dominic Smith was 2-for-5 with a double, single, rbi and run scored. He’s hit in seven straight games and nine of 10 and is 11 for his last 18 at the plate. Champ Stuart continued his wonderful string of success, collecting two more knocks to give him a five game hitting streak. >>Read more at MiLB.com


Brooklyn – Hudson Valley: Postponed by rain


Greeneville 12 - Kingsport 6 (10): The K-Mets came from behind to tie the game in the ninth inning only to see a pair of their relievers surrender six runs in 10th. SS Luis Guillorme picked up his fifth multi-hit game in his last six starts with a 4-for-5 night. Second baseman Jean Rodriguez had three hits and two runs batted in. GCL Mets 4 – GCL Marlins 1: Dash Winningham hit his second home run of the year leading off the 9th inning. 2014 3rd round pick Milton Ramos drove in a run with a single in the 3rd. LF John Mora was the only Mets player who had a multi-hit game, going 2-for-4. >>Read more at MiLB.com
