Reno 6 – Las Vegas 0, Game 2: The best-of-five series is now tied 1-1. The Vegas offense only mustered four singles against Andrew Chafin, who threw the complete game shutout. RHP Matthew Bowman didn’t fair nearly as well, surrendering six runs on nine hits in four innings of work. Anthony Seratelli was 2-for-4. Kevin Plawecki and Taylor Teagarden had the other two knocks. Portland 7 – Binghamton 0, Game 2: The best-of-five series is tied 1-1. Greg Peavey gave up six runs (two earned) in just two innings on the mound. Brandon Nimmo was 1-for-4, breaking a three game hitless drought. Darrell Ceciliani supplied the only extra base hit for the B-Mets when he doubled for the second time in the series. Gavin Cecchini singled as a pinch-hitter. T.J. Rivera was 0-for-4 after collecting four hits one night earlier. >>Read more at MiLB.om
