Las Vegas 9 - Colorado Springs 3: Travis d’Arnaud started at catcher for the first time since being demoted and was 2-for-4 with a walk and a run scored. Omar Quintanilla was the offensive star, going 3-for-5 with a homer, double, triple and five rbi. Cesar Puello, Allan Dykstra and Josh Satin all doubled.  >> Read more at MiLB.com


Binghamton 8 - Akron 1, Game 1: The BMets exploded for eight runs on 12 hits to take the first game of a doubleheader in Akron. Kevin PlaweckiJace Boyd, Darrell Ceciliani and Matt Clark each had two hits. Both of Ceciliani’s knocks were home runs, giving him four this season. Angel Cuan started on the mound for Binghamton and went the distance, allowing one run on five hits in seven innings of work. >> Read more at MiLB.com

Binghamton 10 – Akron 5, Game 2: A seven run 5th inning propelled the BMets to a win in game 2 of the doubleheader. Kevin Plawecki collected two more hits and had four in the doubleheader. He’s now batting .344. Dustin Lawley also had two hits, including his sixth homer of the campaign in the 2nd inning. >> Read more at MiLB.com


St. Lucie 6 - Jupiter 3: Five St. Lucie batters had multi-hit games, including Cam Maron and T.J. Rivera who has three apiece. Jairo Perez launched his eighth homer in the opening inning and is now batting .353. Luis Cessa allowed three runs in five innings for the win. >> Read more at MiLB.com


Savannah 3 - Kannapolis 2: The Sand Gnats scored a pair of runs in the 9th inning and held on to beat Kannapolis. Gavin Cecchini started at SS and was 2-for-4. Amed Rosario hit his first triple since joining Savannah and drove in his fourth run. L.J. Mazzilli extended his hitting streak to six games with a single.
