Reno 6 – Las Vegas 5: Rafael Montero allowed three earned runs in his 5 1/3 innings of work. He allowed six hits, walked four and struck out five in his return to Triple-A. Andrew Brown, who will be promoted to the Mets soon, went 2-2 off the bench with a run scored. Binghamton 15 – Altoona 6: Kevin Plawecki exploded for a 4-5 night, including a two-run home run in the ninth inning. He scored three times. Matt Clark had four hits, too, scoring twice. Daytona 6 – St. Lucie 5: Domingo Tapia got knocked out after just 2 1/3 innings and allowed five earned runs on five hits and five walks. Dilson Herrera had a hit, two walks, a run scored and drove in one. Brandon Nimmo had three hits, including a double, driving in and scoring one.
