Las Vegas 6 – Iowa 4: SS Matt Reynolds tripled twice and plated three runs. It was his fifth multi-hit game since August 3 and he’s batting .335 in Triple-A. Cesar Puello doubled and scored twice. Erie 7 – Binghamton 4, game 1: Brandon Nimmo, Dilson Herrera, Darrell Ceciliani and Brian Burgamy had a pair of hits each. Herrera has now hit safely in five straight and nine of his last 10 games to lift his batting average to .341. Nimmo has three consecutive two-hit games. Erie 8 – Binghamton 6, game 2: Travis Taijeron hit his 14th homer of the season in the 5th inning. Brandon Nimmo doubled for the eighth time in AA, walked and drove in a run. St. Lucie 6 – Fort Myers 1, game 1: 2013 5th round pick Jared King was 4-for-4 with a double and a run batted in. Gavin Cecchini was on base three times on a single and two walks. He also drove in a run on a sacrifice fly. He’s been on 18 times in the last 10 games (9H/9BB). Maikis De La Cruz singled, doubled and plated a run. St. Lucie 3 – Fort Myers 7, game 2: Jeff McNeil extended his hitting streak to 12 games with a single. Cam Maron and Maikis De La Cruz had two hits each. De La Cruz had four hits in the doubleheader. Jared King singled for his fifth knock of the twin-bill. >>Read more at MiLB.com


Asheville 1 – Savannah 4: RHP Octavio Acosta, who was recently promoted from Brooklyn, dominated in his second start for the Sand Gnats, allowing one run in eight innings on the mound. He’s given up two runs in 13 innings so far in the SAL. Yeixon Ruiz was 1-for-4 with a triple and has eight hits in his last four games. Lowell 3 – Brooklyn 2, game 1: Jhoan Urena extended his hitting streak to eight games with a single in three at-bats. Amed Rosario reached base three times on a single and two walks. Michael Conforto was 0-for-3 with a run scored. >>Read more at MiLB.com

Lowell 2 – Brooklyn 3 (8), game 2: Amed Rosario smacked his seventh double of the season in the 1st. He then singled to leadoff the 8th, eventually scoring the winning run on a base hit by Jhoan Urena. Michael Conforto was 2-for-3 to lift his batting average to .309. John Mora also singled twice for his fifth multi-hit game since being promoted to Brooklyn. RHP Martinres Arias had his 24 inning scoreless streak come to an end but he threw a nice game overall. The 23-year-old gave up two runs on five hits in 5 1/3 innings, striking out seven, with no walks. >>Read more at MiLB.com


Bristol 4 – Kingsport 10: Oswald Caraballo, Wuilmer Becerra and Vicente Lupo, the 3-4-5 hitters in the K-Mets lineup, combined for six hits, three homers and nine runs batted in. Two of Lupo’s other knocks were doubles. Jean Rodriguez singled three times and has hit safely in seven straight games with six multi-hit games in that stretch. >>Read more at MiLB.com
