Las Vegas 9 – Oklahoma City 13: Travis d’Arnaud continues to impress since being sent back to triple-A. Sunday, the Lakewood, CA native homered for the fifth time in seven PCL games, a three-run shot in the 6th inning. He added a double in the 8th and is batting .414. Erie 5 – Binghamton 3: The BMets managed single runs in the 1st, 2nd and 7th but lost their Fathers Day tilt to the Erie Seawolves. 2B/3B Brian Burgamy had the best offensive night, reaching base four times on two singles, a double and a walk. The 32-year-old has multi-hit games in four of his last five starts. Eric Young Jr. continued his rehab assignment and finished the game 0-for-3 with a walk and a run scored. Augusta 4 – Savannah 2: Gavin Cecchini returned to the Savannah lineup for the first time since last Thursday and was 1-for-4 with a double, rbi and run scored. On his 19th birthday Dominic Smith was hitless in three at-bats with a pair of strikeouts. The Sand Gnats managed just three hits in the game. >>Read more at MiLB.com

Brooklyn 2 – Staten Island 1, game 1 (9): 2013 3rd round draft pick Casey Meisner’s season debut on the mound went fairly well: 4.1IP, 2H, 1R, 0ER, 3BB, 1K. Brooklyn 3 – Staten Island 2, game 2: The Cyclones moved their record to 3-0 thanks to a doubleheader sweep of Staten Island. Brooklyn right-hander Marcos Molina got the win, allowing one earned run in six innings with seven strikeouts. Amed Rosario had a pair of hits, including a triple.
