Las Vegas 14 – Colorado Springs 7: Travis d’Arnaud had a tremendous game, leading a 51s offensive attack that pounded out 17 hits, 11 of which went for extra bases. The Vegas catcher was 3-for-5 with a pair of homers, a double and three runs batted in. It’s d’Arnaud’s first multi-homer game since 5/24/12 and he’s batting .600 (6-for-10) since being demoted. Danny Muno, Brandon Allen, Kai Gronauer and Allan Dykstra also launched home runs. Cory Vaughn was 2-for-3 with two walks and three runs scored. >>Read more at MiLB.com

Binghamton 12 – Akron 6: 32-year-old second baseman Brian Burgamy hit a pair of three-run home runs and drove in seven to lead the way for Binghamton. Kevin Plawecki was 1-for-4 with a walk, extending his hitting streak to seven games. Matthew Bowman allowed two runs in seven strong innings for the win. >>Read more at MiLB.com
