People think that there are only a few options for enhancing your punching power. However, there is one simple technique that you can use to increase the force of your punch significantly. If you’re going to be in a street fight, throw the first punch. It will also help you control the pace, and it also makes your opponent think that you have more confidence than them.

4. Hit, Don’t Push

If you’re punching technique is sloppy, then you’re not going to be able to punch hard. You must practice your technique over and over before you get into a real fight.

4. Study Your Opponent
Try to study the way your opponent moves their head and arms before they punch. This will help you get a better idea of when they’re going to throw a punch and how hard it’s going to be.
5. Punch With a Tightly Wound Arm
If you try to power your punches with your whole arm instead of the wrist, then you’ll have very little power behind it. Instead, focus on getting a tight spiral motion through the wrist and into your forearm to use the energy in that area.

How to Avoid Fracturing Your Knuckles
1. Make a Really Tight Fist
This is the number one problem. Your fist will be far more protected if it is tight and if you squeeze it so hard that your knuckles turn white. You must have this feeling of tightness in your fist to avoid breaking your knuckles. You’ll need to make sure every finger is tightly puckered and holding together tightly with the other fingers on that hand. Only then can you really protect yourself from fracturing your knuckles?
2. Keep Your Hands Muscular
Try to keep your whole hand and forearm very muscular. Muscles are designed to protect your joints, and the stronger they are, the harder they’ll be to fracture. Make sure that you’re always keeping them in shape with exercises that focus on their arms, shoulders, and back. Your forearms should also be strong as well. Keep doing this workout every day.
3. Don’t Hit a Very Hard Area
This is the most common mistake that people make. They’ll try to punch towards their opponent’s face, and unfortunately, they hit their knuckles on the hard bones in their faces, such as the nose or forehead. You should never try to hit a very hard area with your punches.

1. You Don’t Have to be a Big Guy to Hit Really Hard!
I know what you’re thinking: “You’re not going to tell me that I can hit harder than those big guys, so why should I even try?“ Well, let me tell you something. I have a friend who is a big guy, and when he comes in the gym and throws a single roundhouse punch, he packs quite a bit of punch into it. So don’t give up just yet if you don’t have large muscles like him.
2. The Laws of Physics Don’t Lie: Remember Mass X Velocity!
Well, I’m sure you already know this, but let me go ahead and tell you anyway. Imagine that you were throwing a punch, like in the first tip of this article. You’ve got your fist clenched tight and are holding your arm as stiff as possible to make the punch go full force. Now imagine that you threw it with the same amount of power, but instead of pointing straight forward, it went straight up into the air. You can imagine how much damage would be inflicted by your opponent if you were to hit them with a punch like that. It is because there is more mass behind it. The more mass that you have behind a punch, the harder it will hit.
3. What are the Fundamentals of Learning How to Punch?
Well, that’s very simple actually. The first thing that you need to do is relax. I know, it’s easy to say, but hard to do when you’re in the middle of a fight. That’s why I told you to remember this tip from the get-go. Another thing that you should remember is that your opponent shouldn’t see the punch coming when they look at you. That means your body must be relaxed when throwing punches. Don’t tense up, don’t bring your arms too high, just relax and be ready for it.

This is one of the most important things that you should remember. I know that you’re thinking, “Hey! I’d rather get hurt and have a few bruises than loose the fight!” Well, getting hurt won’t do you any good in a real fight. You must always try to avoid injury at all costs. I’m not really sure what you mean by street fight. Street fights happen all the time when people travel through cities, and there really isn’t anything wrong with it. If they see you coming, then try to get out of the way as quickly as possible so they don’t see where your hands are going.

Look, I’m all for training with full contact like this, but if you can’t pull off a proper punch, then it won’t win you any fights. You should use strikes to cut off your opponent’s vision or get them to back up and give you more room. You should never just throw straight punches into an opponent as you will usually end up getting punched back. It has to be done correctly in order to be effective though.

This will help you throw powerful punches. I know that you will look at the heavy bag and think, “Well, it doesn’t have a face! How can it teach me how to punch better?” Well, let me tell you. The movements that you have to make with the heavy bag are far different from those that you need to make when hitting a face. You will have better success if you learn how to throw punches with both.
But at certain level training with a heavy bag helps you improve your accuracy and speed.

Remember, this should be your first priority when it comes to punching. You don’t want to end up with a broken bone or missed punch in the middle of a fight. Make sure that you watch yourself in the mirror as much as possible and try to get rid of any bad habits before they become too bad. Street Fight Training: 3 Tips To Strike Faster And Harder!
Tip #1: Don’t Go Too Fast Too Soon
I know that you want to train hard, but don’t go too fast. You should start of slow and work yourself up to a faster speed. This is called pressure training, and it will help you get in the zone much better. In this tip, I will teach you what I mean by that.
Put your hands together like you would when praying and then make sure that your arms are at a 90-degree angle from your torso. Now move your arms like you would when punching someone. If you do both exercises together, then you will be able to tell what speed is most comfortable for you.
Tip #2: Make Your Exit As Fast As Your Entry
You must always make sure that you have a fast exit, but also a fast entry. You can do this by first stretching your arms out like you would when punching. Then move your arm in a similar way but with the opposite grip. Next, bring them back to the punching position and then punch at the speed that is most comfortable for you. If you put this tip into practice, you will become much faster in the long run.
Tip #3: Slow Down To Get Faster
When you’re practicing your punches, it is very important to know that you can’t just go really fast from the start. That’s because haste makes waste! You need to slow down a lot while practicing. If you start too fast and then can’t throw a punch because of fatigue, then it might not be such a good idea going at that speed in the first place.
