The Zombies had 16 members across their history. The classic 1960s line-up was Rod Argent, Colin Blunstone, Paul Atkinson, Hugh Grundy and Chris White. The English band formed in St Albans in 1962, and later reunions added musicians such as Jim Rodford, Keith Airey and Steve Rodford.
Led by keyboardist and vocalist Rod Argent and lead singer Colin Blunstone, the group had its first British and American hit in 1964 with “She’s Not There”. Their 1968 album Odessey and Oracle produced “Time of the Season”, and the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2019.
