‘Omens’ marks Lamb of God’s tenth studio album, scheduled for release on October 7, 2022. Produced by Josh Wilbur, known for his work with Gojira and Korn, the album promises a blend of their signature aggressive sound with innovative elements. Vocalist Randy Blythe has described the record as a reflection on “the signs we see around us and how we respond,” adding a layer of urgency and relevance. Musically, the album explores darker tones and complex rhythms, emphasizing the band’s desire to push boundaries while remaining true to their thrash and groove roots.
