What has been confirmed
The only confirmed tour-related information for Megadeth in 2027 is the announcement of their European tour titled Breakout: Hibernation Of The Nations. This was reported by Pollstar News on August 3, 2026, and further details were echoed by 93.3 WMMR on August 4, 2026. The announcement indicates that Megadeth will be performing across various European cities as part of this tour. No specific dates, venues, or cities have been publicly disclosed yet for the 2027 European tour, only that the tour is scheduled to take place.
All other dates, venues, and locations listed in the available sources pertain to past performances or are not related to the 2027 schedule. For example, Megadeth’s historical performances include concerts dating back to 1987 in Long Beach, England, Chile, Argentina, and various other locations, but none of these are indicative of upcoming tour plans.
Recent coverage from multiple outlets—including Guitar.com, Loudwire, and Contactmusic.com—confirms that Megadeth has set the dates for their final UK and European tour, but specific dates and cities for 2027 have not been announced yet. The current information primarily serves as a confirmation that Megadeth is planning a European tour in 2027, with additional details expected to be released in the future.
