VOLBEAT’s Fall 2021 U.S. tour kicks off on September 16 in Dallas, Texas, at the House of Blues and runs through October 23 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, at the Ocean Casino Resort. The band will visit major markets including Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City, and Atlanta, ensuring fans across the country have access. These dates are strategically scheduled to maximize attendance during the fall season, making it easier for fans to plan their trip around work and school schedules.
2. Venues and Seating Options
The tour features a mix of iconic venues like the House of Blues in Los Angeles, the Fillmore in Philadelphia, and the Beacon Theatre in New York City. Many of these venues offer general admission standing areas, which are perfect for fans who want to be close to the stage. For those seeking more comfort, some shows provide reserved seating options, which guarantee a specific spot and a more relaxed experience.
3. Ticket Purchase Strategies
Tickets for VOLBEAT’s fall tour go on sale to the general public on August 13. Fans can buy tickets through authorized vendors like Ticketmaster, Live Nation, and the venues’ official websites. To secure the best seats and avoid sellouts, it’s recommended to purchase tickets as early as possible. Additionally, consider signing up for pre-sale alerts and fan club memberships, which often provide early access and exclusive offers.
4. Special Guests and Opening Acts
For this tour, VOLBEAT is supported by talented bands such as Baroness and Twin Temple, who will open select shows. Baroness is known for their heavy, melodic sound blending metal and alternative influences, making them a perfect warm-up for VOLBEAT’s high-energy set. Attending these opening acts adds extra value to your concert experience, especially if you’re a fan of the heavier side of rock and metal.
5. Setlist Expectations
Based on previous tours and recent performances, fans can expect a setlist that features hits like “Still Counting,” “A Warrior’s Call,” and “The Devil’s Bleeding Crown.” VOLBEAT often mixes classic tracks with new material from their latest albums, such as “Servant of the Mind.” Expect a dynamic show with a combination of heavy riffs, melodic solos, and energetic crowd interactions that keep fans engaged from start to finish.
6. Ticket Pricing and Budget Tips
Ticket prices vary depending on the venue and seating options, typically ranging from $40 to $100. VIP packages, which include meet-and-greets, exclusive merchandise, and premium seating, can cost upwards of $200. To save money, consider attending weekday shows or opting for general admission tickets. Keep an eye on authorized resale platforms, but beware of inflated prices—buy early to avoid last-minute price hikes.
7. Travel and Accommodation Tips
Planning your trip involves coordinating travel and accommodations, especially if you’re attending a show in a city far from home. Many venues are located downtown near hotels, making it easy to find lodging within walking distance. Booking hotels early is crucial, as fall is a popular time for concerts and events. Additionally, public transportation or ride-sharing services can help avoid parking hassles at larger venues.
8. Health and Safety Protocols
Given ongoing health concerns, venues are implementing safety measures such as mandatory mask-wearing, proof of vaccination or negative tests, and social distancing where possible. Check each venue’s specific policies before attending. Staying informed about these protocols ensures a smooth experience and helps protect yourself and others during the concert.
9. Merchandise and Fan Experience
Official tour merchandise—including T-shirts, hoodies, posters, and limited-edition items—are available at most venues. Arriving early or visiting merchandise booths during intermissions guarantees a wider selection. Many fans enjoy taking part in meet-and-greet opportunities or capturing live moments on social media, enhancing the overall concert experience.
